Chillax Design is a print-on-demand service, so all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or just changed your mind. By submitting an order to production, you confirm that the order execution can’t be further modified.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and reach out to us as soon as you find any issue regarding the products you received. We need a clear photo showing the issue.
